Home is where the heart is
This project comprised of creating a unique brand in a competitive market for the SOLD Sisters; two Real Estate agents based in Edmonton. Development of the brand included a visual identity and branding guideline, a stationery package (business card, letterhead and envelope), a printed advertisement and some other printed collateral pieces and a website.
By working with the client and determining their unique qualities as Real Estate agents in the Edmonton area, we defined the SOLD Sisters to be agents that helped their clients find something greater than a house; a home. The SOLD Sisters, as a brand, find homes for their clients that will create great memories that will last forever.
‘Home is where the heart is’ became their tagline and our overall brand message for the creation of all their collateral pieces. The development of the brand’s colour palette, typeface combinations and imagery were all considered carefully to support and strengthen the brand’s message of a ‘home’ not just a ‘house’ .
The result of our brand development for the SOLD Sisters, was a graphic yet playful visual identity, a warm and vibrant colour palette, that was integrated with colourful illustrations and used natural-looking portrait photos. All of which are not commonly used in the real estate market. We felt that the best way to demonstrate what the client was already offering to their clients (and what they would offer to potential clients) was to create a brand that clearly stood out against the pack.
